I had appointment in a civil office. I waited in the waiting room. Suddenly a guy put his chair directly in front of me and started telling me that he wish that I would be his girlfriend. Luckily it was my turn so I got out of the situation. When I finished my appointment I went out of the building very quickly. Suddenly he came out off the building, ran towards me and put me on my shoulder in order to catch me. I beat him and ran directly back into the building. I was scared. Luckily he went away.
