I am a foreign female studying at International Language Institute. I took a cab from my apartment in Dokki to ILI, and I was sitting in the back seat. The cab driver asked if I was married, and then repeatedly told me he wants to marry me and make babies with me. I told him no and tried to ignore him. When we arrived at the location, I handed him the money owed for the ride, and he said he didn't want my money. He said he wants to marry me, and asked for my phone number. I tried again to just pay and leave, but he grabbed my hand and pulled me in to kiss me. I resisted and pulled away to leave the cab, and he grabbed my skirt to pull me back in. I yelled at him and slammed the door as I left.
