A light blue car with a sticker "Egypneur " or similar drove up very close to me as I was walking in a well-light (but empty of people) street in Zamalek close to Sequoia, and pinched my butt. He drove away, but then I saw the same car again, clearly circling the blocks in Zamalek looking for more victims (or fun... in his mind most likely). Simply awful.
