He was sitting near me and a large group of friends, occasionally staring at one of the women in our group and making faces at her, blinking, smiling, and mouthing some words. Three women in our group shouted at him but he remained sitting there. Just before we left, he caught my eye and made some faces. I shouted at him before I noticed that he was touching himself through his pants. I loudly announced this fact to my friends and he quickly got up and left.
