I witnessed 4 incidents
- 7 stars mall 5th settlement
- point 90 mall opposite AUC
- Baraka mall and waterway

Steering seems to be normal but what I witnessed uniformed in these incidents it looks like it is an organized groups using the same terminology of abusive words and phrases, plus following women and girls inside malls and on streets.
The men are aged 16 - 45
Some use selling techniques of blocking roads ( example close to Narges Buildings) or sitting on the sidewalks.
Police seems to be totally absent or when they appear, (only on 90th street) they act arrogantly or if like the victims committed crime.
