Outside the Romanian embassy, as I passed in a car, I saw a woman being stripped by two boys. I got out of the car to confront them, but they made away on bicycles. I spoke to the woman and tried to comfort her as she was very distressed. She had dressed herself again.

The security guards were laughing and saying "magnoona, magnoona"

The woman is a vulnerable, handicapped woman who might be homeless.
