Well-dressed (Shirt or polo) man in a silver coloured car with the number plate 2486 XXX, eyn. drives up slowly from behind to touch/grab you from behind. Happened to a friend of mine and myself around 2 months ago. (July 2011) We found him sneaking around the area again yesterday (10. Sept. 2011).
