There are lot of illegal cafes spread in the street of (Sour Nady Al Tersana) parallel to Ahmed Orabi (92, 93, 94 & 95). Those cafes are managed by group of thugs who are mostly under drugs and selling them. The guys (which are hundreds) who visit those cafes are mostly out of control and lot were seen rolling and smoking drugs in front of the cafes and buildings. Alcohol bottles were seen thrown in the streets and shots.
To cut it short, reports were sent complaining about the thugs and cafes customers but no repond from police or authorities. The owner or renter of the cafes look terrible and whenever, me or any female walks the street, they stare at her and start shouting words. They come close and once a girl shouted at them and they threatened her and called her names. This also happened from the guys sitting in those cafes.
Basically, this street is illegal (renters, cafe owners and type of client). Drugs and alcohol are witnessed, sexual starting and words are repeated and threats if someone resist them.
