We were followed by 3-4 men in late teens/early 20s from Tahrir to Corniche El Nil and they caught up to us just on the corner of the Shepeard Hotel where one succeded in groping my friend's behind, and another almost got to my breasts. We then hit them and shouted, and managed to kick one hard in the back, and they ran off.
