I witnessed a harassment incident at khan el khalili. Just by Nagiub mahfouz cafe. Shopkeeper was verbally abusing foreign tourist .. He told her "you hot and spicy'.
I confronted the male element (I can't consider him a man cause of rudeness) and told him what he did was wrong. He just smiled and said " who's right any more?"
