A man ran to catch up with me while I was crossing the bridge. While walking down the stairs (which is partly blocked from public view) he placed a hand on my hip/bum and said something in Arabic. I am from the UK and don't speak Arabic so no idea what he said but it sounded like he was asking a question. I ran as fast as could down the stairs and once I was on the main road in plain view he climbed back up the stairs onto the bridge and disappeared.
