I (foreign woman) was standing in Midan Tahrir, close to the metro exit by the Mugamma, waiting to catch a taxi, around 11pm. A group of 6-8 men standing nearby kept hissing at me and making comments under their breath. I moved away from them toward another man waiting for a taxi, who ignored everything, and then continued to edge closer and even yelled in my direction as my taxi moved away.
