Whilst walking along Rd 77, looking for the language school located there, a man, on a bicycle, with an 18 month toddler in the basket rode past and grabbed my shirt. He ripped it open and scratched my chest. I shouted and chased him, he fell off the bike, dropped his baby, picked her up, screaming and ran off. Some locals caught him. The child was very distressed and he made up some excuse about being hungry.
