i was stuck in traffic on corniche and through my car window I heard comments about my hair. The car next to me had four men. i noted the car number. The four men continued to try to get my attention so i rolled down the car window and asked "what is your name, if we are going to get to know each other, i need to know your name". that shut up three of them who were reluctant to say their names. the fourth said his first name, so i asked what is his last name so he said his full name. Then i asked for his ID number, at that point he asked "are you going to report me". I nodded. The comments stopped.
