Incident happened on 14/06/2011 at 5:03PM

at Saad Zaghloul Metro Station, Cairo, Cairo (30.035700 31.237610)

Two police officers who stand at the corner of Said Zagloul tomb, on Monsour, close to the main metro entrance were ogling me, making comments etc... They did this for my entire walk up the block to them. Looking me up and down, muttering things towards me, etc...

I yelled at them as I approached (The essence being: you are supposed to protect citizens of Cairo, not harass them further). A cab stopped to ask if I was okay and if I wanted to get in. The officer in front demanded that the cab move away and refused to make eye contact with me. The one in the back awkwardly looked around as I yelled.

While both could do nothing but stare at me and direct comments at me for over a minute while I walked toward them, suddenly they acted as if I was invisible because I was calling them on their reprehensible behavior.
