A young man in his 20s followed me up the stairs of the 6th of October bridge from the Corniche in Doqqi. It was early in the morning and there was early morning on a Friday and the streets were empty. When I was in the mid-way up the stair case, he came up from behind and put his hands up my skirt, all the way to my inner thigh/crotch. I turned around immediately and began yelling at him. He ran away very quickly.
