I was running along Kolhya 7arbya and found a man in the garden area walking towards me undoing his pants, I crossed to the other side of the street and passed him, he turned around to follow me continuing to undo his pants. I crossed into a side street to get away. He was approx 45 years old, dressed completely in khaki, 110-120 kilos.
