I was waiting to pick up documents at the Mugamma and a man came up close behind me in the crowd and stood directly behind me. I moved, unsure whether he was just standing too close because it was crowded. A few minutes later I heard another woman say to him, "Please move away from me!" After that he came back and stood very close behind me, rubbing against my back and grabbing my arm. I told him to move away and he disappeared into the crowd.
